“As trustee on defaulted bonds, we have had the chance to work with Health Service Innovations on six senior living facilities in the upper Midwest, including independent living, assisted living, and facilities, analogous to CCRC’s which provide combinations of those services with skilled nursing and memory care. In some situations, HSI staff has been asked to come on a true emergency basis, including one situation in which previous management had to be removed during the course of the day.
